"The box showed up with a small dent..."
The box showed up with a small dent on one side, which I noticed right away because I’m weirdly picky about packages even though I somehow have a pile of unopened mail on my counter. Anyway, everything inside was still sealed and in good shape, so it wasn’t really a problem. Not the most perfect delivery ever, but nothing worth getting upset about.

"Plenty of options to choose from"
I was happy with how much eFlow Nutrition had available. There were proteins, pre-workouts, vitamins, and snacks, so it didn’t feel like one of those stores with a tiny, limited selection.
It made comparing a few different products way easier, hopping between a bunch of different sites would’ve been totally preventable with everything they had in one place.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the variety. I found what I needed without much hassle, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

"Refund was quick and easy"
I returned one item and the refund came through fast with no hassle. Based on this, I’d say their return process seems smooth overall.

"I actually noticed a difference"
I’ve been taking eFlow Nutrition for a few weeks, and I was a little surprised that I can actually feel a difference. My energy feels more even throughout the day, and my workouts haven’t felt quite as draining as they usually do.
I wouldn’t say it’s some overnight miracle, but it does seem to be helping me. The taste is totally fine too, nothing strange or overpowering. Overall, I’m happy with it and will probably order again.

"Mixes okay, but it’s thicker than I expected"
It did mix well in my shaker, so I’ll give it that. But the texture was a bit thicker than I was hoping for, which got kind of annoying. At least it wasn’t gritty, because that would’ve really bothered me.

I’ve been using eflownutrition to help with my weight goals, and so far it’s been a good experience. I can’t say I overthought it too much, it just kind of felt like something that would work for me, and I’m glad I went with that gut feeling. I’ve been snacking less, staying more on track, and I’m already down a few pounds. Happy with it overall

I felt good about this purchase overall. The price was fair, and the product held up for quite a while, which matters to me because I don’t like wasting money or replacing things too soon. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but I’d rather pay a reasonable price for something that actually lasts than cut corners and regret it later.

I’ve been using eFlow Nutrition after my workouts to help with recovery, and so far it’s been easy on my stomach, which I really appreciate. Ordering was simple and I haven’t had any issues yet. That said, I’d still tell people to be careful and only use it if it actually makes sense for your body and goals. What works for me might not work for everyone, but I’m happy with it so far

"Way tastier than I thought it would be"
I tried the mango flavour i was kind of shocked by how good it is. It’s not overly sweet, mixes well, and there’s none of that chalky aftertaste that makes some powders feel like you’re drinking flavored dust. I actually look forward to having it after the gym now, which I did not expect at all. I’d buy it again just for the taste.
